Welcome to official site of IEEE Malaysia AP/MTT/EMC Joint Chapter!

The IEEE Malaysia Section AP/MTT/EMC Joint Chapter is an association dedicated to serve professionals involved in antennas and propagation, microwave engineering and applied electromagnetics. The chapter was originally formed in 1997 as MTT/AP Malaysia by a group of leading university experts and industralists which included Prof. Dr Zaiki Awang, Dr. Chandran, Dr Deepak K. Ghodgaonkar and Prof. Mazlina Esa and later became AP/MTT/EMC Joint Chapter in 2001.

The chapter started its activities by organizing several technical talks delivered by IEEE Distinguished Lecture Programme (DLP) speakers and conducted various technical visits to the industry. From a small chapter with less than 20 members, it has now grown in stature, with membership now totaling more than 100, and is one of the most active IEEE chapters in Malaysia.
